Fun-Fitness is a one hour class filled with fast moving, fun exercises to increase your child's strength and fitness level. Fun Fitness will focus on developing your child's strength and endurance thru cardio and core muscle exercises. Strengthening core muscles improves balance, coordination and provides the body with energy to get thru each day. Ages 8 and up. 1 hour class.

Every FUN-FITNESS class will include:
Warm-up stretches
Cardio relays
Circuit training and games
Trampoline time
Yoga for cooling down
